Greetings, all! Attached is the Itinerary for the PMEA trip! Students will be given hard copies for their reference throughout the trip. Times are tentative and subject to change, however this gives us all a clearer picture as to what will be going on at any given time!
I've been asked by multiple people for a suggested packing list. The following items are essential:
- Comfortable Travel Clothing for Tomorrow
- Change of Clothes for Wednesday Evening along with toiletries
- Concert Attire for Thursday (all black - ladies must wear pants or stockings)
- Comfortable Travel Clothing for Thursday
All luggage WILL BE CHECKED prior to leaving to ensure 1) we have everything(!) and 2) school code is being followed.
Health Information and Permission Forms
Please see that your student returns their "Health Information and Field Trip Permission" form this evening when they arrive. While our comments during tonight's performance will be BRIEF (i.e. - non-existent) to simulate this Thursday's performance, Mr. Sterner, Dr. Mudrick, and myself will also be available after the concert to answer any last minute questions that you may have.
